Can someone tell me what is the best website to get a best payday loan?

I want an actual lender not a matching service. That seems to be all I can find. I am looking for a small amount that I can pay back over 90 days or more with no credit check.

Where can I find a legit loan?

I was curious as to why I got turned down for a loan at my bank. Then I ran my own credit check to find out that my FICO is 507. I reviewed the entire list and with one phone call I found that there were numerous (some identical) listings from the same collection agency. One conversation, with the collection agency explained everything. A doctor’s office had not submitted billing to my insurance company within their required time frame, 90 days. I can contest and have these items removed by proving it was the fault of the doctor’s billing department. I contacted the collection agency a few months ago but and they agreed to remove it but, its still there and I’m still getting turned down for credit. I also have a workman’s comp claim that was never paid by my ex-employer, I have just been getting the runaround between the employer, collection agency and the doctor’s billing department. I have a credit card that I was late on, but has been positive for the past five months.

I have had some personal issues come up and had to miss three weeks of work. I also had to put money down to buy a vehicle when it became apparent that paying the down payment was more feasible than dumping more money into a vehicle that had so many problems. This has left me broke. I got into a payday loan mess that I need to get out of, that’s part of it, I want to add the remaining balance of my auto loan and a small installment loan that I have. All together I would like to get 00.

So there’s most of my situation. I need to get some funds together rather quickly. Does anybody have any legitimate ideas on how I can get the loan?

If anyone wants to offer the loan and requires an upfront fees need not reply.
If there are any ideas I need a website address, street address or a land line telephone number.

Will an Apartment Rental Credit App Update My Employer Info On My Credit Report?

I have some credit problems that I am trying to work through (please save any of the self-righteous "just pay your bills" responses that always seem to show up–they are neither helpful nor relevant). My credit report currently shows an old employer from a couple of years ago because I have not applied for credit recently. I don’t want it to update because I don’t want to start getting harassing debt collector calls at work, or worse yet have them start calling and telling my boss or coworkers about my debts as some shady collectors do. Even though it is illegal, they’ll continue calling even after you tell them you can’t take calls at work, knowing that people who are deeply in debt are not really in the best position to take them to task legally. I get 20-30 calls per day from collectors on my cell phone at times, and no way can I deal with that at work. It would probably get me fired.

I am trying to move to a cheaper apt to help me get out of debt faster and get all my bad debts taken care of, but until I do, I don’t want any of these harassing collectors knowing where I work. So if I apply for an apartment, listing my current employer, and they run a credit check, will my credit report be updated to show my current employer? Or does that employer information only change from actual loan applications or when existing creditors report it?
