This book can save you alot of money in doing your own loan modification. It also has some examples that you can follow; Even if you decide to get a mortgage professional, buy this book to help you understand the Loan Modification process. My only complaint is that this booklet is almost $1. 00 per page (this book only has 34 pages!)

I was looking for some info on getting relief on my mortgage without paying an attorney $6,000. I don’t know much about dealing with banks, but this book walked me through exactly what I needed to do in terms that I understood and could follow. Highly recommend!!
